How do I order the full album of digitals?

Click on your students’ album. Then click on any image. Click “Buy Photo” and you will see an option for “Digitals”. Note: There is an option to purchase that particular image only - or the full album of images.

How do I crop an image? OR: The crop doesn’t look right, how do I fix it?

The images are set to a ratio for either 4×6 or 5×7. You may crop the image yourself when ordering and that is how it will be sent to the studio.

Do you do any retouching?

Yes! Please choose the option for “Retouching” under “Digitals” when ordering. There is an option to retouch one image only - or the full album.

(Note: This is an add-on, so please also order the digital image or print you would like.)

I have multiple students - is there a discount for ordering more than one album?

Yes. There is an automatic discount of 20% when you order more than one full album of digitals.

I don’t see the full group photo. Where is that?

Please note: Not all dancers attended, meaning some group photos will show fewer performers than the full group.
Our goal for the future is to set dates at convenient times, scheduled far enough in advance to allow all dancers to attend.

Do you offer retakes?

At this time, I do not offer retakes. This is due to the fact that we only have the costumes available at particular times and they must be organized by groups. The goal is to have full groups attend at one sitting to capture group/class photos at the same time. That said, I am considering adding a retake day for future sessions (without costumes) for those who were unable to make the group photo.

We ordered the digitals ahead of time, how do I receive the images?

If you ordered digitals at the time of booking, you will see little downward arrows under each individual portrait. You will also see a “Download All” button after clicking on the three dots at the upper right of your student’s album.
Digital images will arrive in your email (the same one that you entered the gallery with or ordered from).
Please be sure to download the images as soon as possible before the gallery is archived.

How long with the gallery be live?

I will keep the gallery open for ordering until September, 2026 (end of summer). After that you will no longer be able to access the photos.
However - if you do want to revisit this gallery later, or a gallery from a previous year, I offer a $75 archive-search option in which I will pull together all images of your student from previous years to view. (Eventually I plan to offer the option to order albums of your dancer throughout the years to capture their dance progression!)
