How do I order prints?

No need to order ahead - you will receive a link to an online gallery within 2 weeks of photo day. From there you can order digitals, prints, packages and more with no minimum order.

—> Please note that there is a short deadline (October 5th) for ordering prints for pick-up at the school. I hand-package and deliver all orders in that first set. This is the same deadline for discounted digitals.

When that deadline closes, there will be a second ordering session in which you can order digitals (full price) or prints shipped directly to you (for a shipping fee). If you have family/friends who would like to have the photos delivered - wait until the first ordering period is complete.

What happens if we miss photo day?

We are currently working on the perfect day for make-ups - just know, there will be one!

How do I order all of the digitals?

Click on any image. Then, choose “Buy Photo”. From there you’ll see the options for everything from packages, prints, to digitals. Choose “Digitals”.

PLEASE NOTE: There are two options within “Digitals”: “Single Photo” (for $35) or “All Photos in the Album” (for $75).

If you signed up for sibling photos - those images will be in separate folders -however- there is an automatic discount of 15% when you order more than one full album.

When will my prints arrive?

Digital downloads are available immediately - check your email after ordering!

Prints and wall art ordered for pick up - will all be packaged and delivered on the same day: October 29th.

All other order typically ship to you within the week.

Can I change the crop of an image?

Yes! If you see an image you would like to crop differently - you may change it yourself for Wall Art (frames and canvases). For prints, please comment on the image with details about how you would like it cropped when you order - If I have any questions about the crop, I’ll reach out before ordering.

When I order for you - I crop the image similar to what you see, however - I will choose a crop that is mostly centered, and includes the important aspects!

Why does the preview show a square image - with part of the student cut off?

I don’t know why the site does it this way! But this is not how the image will be cropped. The “preview” is really just to show you which image was chosen. The actual crop will be similar to what you see in your gallery/album. I hand crop each image according to your size choice and any notes you place in the comments. BTW! If you would like to rotate an image from horizontal to vertical (especially for wallets) let me know in the comments!

Do you offer retouching?

Yes! If you see a very small blemish that I missed (such as evidence of snack or a small scratch). I’m happy to do that on the house for prints, and wall art. Just make a comment on the image when you order. If you would like a retouch beyond that - or if you would like all images retouched for digitals. Please email me. It is typically $25/image depending on what you would like.
